About Us
I've always had a deep love for the outdoors, no matter where I lived. Whether it was in the mountains of Colorado, or in Missouri, or Texas, I’ve always found myself in nature. With the exception of a few trips to cities like New York and Chicago, most all of my vacations have centered around outdoor adventures—whether it was hiking, off-roading, camping, or simply relaxing by the beach. My hobbies have always revolved around the great outdoors and exploring new places.
In 2012, I started lesrning how to update and make changes to my Companies website. I quickly caught on and learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. What began as a curiosity quickly turned into a passion, and I started designing websites for friends and a nonprofit I founded. After gaining my experience over the years working with mostly WordPress themes and customizing the code of these themes, I decided to formalize my skills by enrolling in undergraduate web development courses on-line. This site actually began as a project for one of those classes—a lab where I could combine my love for exploration with my growing web development skills. And what better way to do that than to feature my best friend Kai and share our adventures together!
Kai is my 2nd German Shepherd. She's the best.She was born February 2023 and she came home with me ON MY BIRTHDAY 8 weeks later. She’s always by my side, no matter where I go. Whether I’m on the job site or out on a new adventure, she’s right there with me, keeping me company and adding an extra sense of security.
Kai is the sweetest dog you could ever meet. Her love and affection are endless, and she’s always ready to cuddle or play. But, like any true protector, she’s also incredibly vigilant. She’s fiercely protective of me and our home, always on the lookout for any potential threat, and she won’t hesitate to alert me if something feels off. She’s the perfect mix of loyalty, love, and strength—truly my best friend and constant companion.
